These terms cover your use of neuralflowai.io, operated by NeuralFlow AI LLC ("NeuralFlow," "we," "us"), based in Bayonne, New Jersey. By using the site, you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by their own signed proposals — where a signed proposal and this page differ, the proposal wins.
The website and ARIA
- The site, its demos, and ARIA (our AI receptionist) are provided free, for evaluating our services.
- ARIA is an AI. It's good at its job, but like any AI it can occasionally misunderstand or misstate something. Anything ARIA tells you about pricing, timelines, or scope is a starting point — the binding version is always the written proposal a human sends you.
- Appointments booked through the site are real commitments on a real calendar. If you can't make one, the confirmation email tells you how to reschedule — or just reply to it.
- Don't abuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, and no submitting other people's personal information without their permission.
Working with us
- Proposals are the contract. Every engagement starts with a written, plain-English proposal covering scope, price, timeline, and ownership. Nothing is binding until both sides accept it.
- You own your system. Code, data, and accounts we build for you belong to you, per the ownership terms in your proposal.
- No lock-in. Exit terms are stated in each proposal. Systems we build are documented so they keep running without us.
Our content
The site's design, copy, and code are ours (NeuralFlow AI LLC). The demo businesses shown in our product demos — names, sites, and conversations — are fictional examples built to show what our systems do; they are illustrations, not client accounts or endorsements.

Disclaimers and liability
